Philips OneTurn
How a 90° Turn Became an Almost 10 Million-View Campaign
Influencer Marketing, 2026
Most innovative products face the same challenge: the smarter they are, the harder they are to explain. Philips OneTurn was different. Its biggest advantage could be demonstrated in a single movement — turn the soleplate 90 degrees, and the iron instantly becomes a garment steamer. When Philips asked Be-it Agency to launch OneTurn in Ukraine, we didn't just see a product feature. We saw the campaign idea hiding inside it.
The challenge. Philips OneTurn combines an iron and a garment steamer in one device. The product itself is innovative, but innovation only matters if people immediately understand why it makes their lives easier. Our goal wasn't to explain technical specifications — it was to make the product's biggest advantage instantly clear through creative communication, digital content, and influencer collaborations.
The insight People don't fall in love with complexity. The more features a product has, the more explanation it usually requires. Philips OneTurn worked the opposite way: one simple movement unlocked an entirely new function. That movement became the campaign.
Iron. Turn. Steam.
A product feature became a creative idea.
One idea. Every touchpoint. Instead of creating different messages for different channels, we built the entire campaign around one simple action. The idea appeared everywhere: key visuals, outdoor advertising, digital creative, and TikTok/Instagram videos. Every execution looked different, but they all told the same story — one turn, one transformation, one message people could understand in seconds.
Influencer strategy. The campaign brought together 14 creators across TikTok and Instagram, working in two distinct content streams. The first group included high-reach influencers and celebrities: Lesya Nikitiuk, Nadya Dorofeyeva, Dasha Astafieva, Oleksiy Durnyev, Natali Lytvyn, Tetiana Hamal, Nadya Chokan, Sofia Krapka, and Roksolana Chuniak. Rather than asking creators to simply demonstrate the product, we invited them to build on the campaign's central idea: "What happens if you turn more than just the iron 90 degrees?" Each creator interpreted the idea in their own way, turning ordinary situations into playful, unexpected stories.
The second stream focused on lifestyle and UGC creators, who showed Philips OneTurn in everyday situations — helping audiences see how naturally it fits into daily life. This combination let the campaign land on both broad awareness and clear product understanding.
Results The original KPI for the influencer campaign was 2.7 million views. The final result came in more than three times higher.
"Philips OneTurn is a truly revolutionary product in what is usually a fairly ordinary category — ironing. Its signature turn, which is essentially part of the product's DNA, is more than just a functional feature. It's a piece of fun that the Be-it Agency team turned into a creative idea. The campaign felt light, engaging, and perfectly suited to social media, and the influencer track significantly exceeded our expectations." — Anton Yechkenko, Marketing Lead, Versuni Ukraine
"With Philips OneTurn, one turn became the foundation of the campaign's creative idea. We turned it into a communication platform that connected everything — from outdoor advertising to creator content. For us, this case proves that a strong idea can become the thread that connects every brand touchpoint, creating communication that people instantly recognize, remember, and want to share." — Myroslava Hrybova, Director, Be-it Agency
